Mysql Prompt: mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow`
Cool commands:
show variables like 'have_query_cache';
show variables like 'query%';
SHOW STATUS LIKE 'Qcache%';
FLUSH QUERY CACHE - defrag
RESET QUERY CACHE - empty
MySQL Start
/etc/init.d/mysqld start
To update mysql root password:
mysql
mysql> USE mysql;
mysql> UPDATE user SET Password=PASSWORD('new-password') WHERE user='root';
mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
